When will my order be shipped?
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 business days after the order is placed.
How long does shipping take?
We use Australia Express Post to deliver our parcels in Australia, this takes between 2-3 business days.
We use Australia Express Post to deliver our parcels to New Zealand, China, the United Kingdom, this takes between 6-20 days depending on the country. Please see our Shipping Information page for further information.

What do I do if my shipment is damaged in transit?
We carefully pack all orders to ensure that they are safe for transportation when leaving our warehouse. In the unlikely event it is damaged in transport please contact Australia Post or e-mail us at info@skinofyouth.com.au for further assistance..
Do you use preservatives in your products?
The majority of our products contain no preservatives however a couple of our products contain a natural plant derived preservative.
What fragrances are used in the products?
We use high quality 100% pure essential oils.
Are any Skin of Youth products tested on animals?
No, we are strongly against any testing on animals.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of 12 months.
What happens if I have a reaction to a product?
Although rare, reactions to oils can occur. Our products are used in a topical application with a selection of high quality carrier oils to minimise any reactions. Avoid placing products near any broken or damaged skin and in the eyes or inner ears. If a reaction occurs, discontinue and consult with a general practitioner.
Why do the products sometime vary slightly in colour between orders?
We only use high quality natural oils. These oils can vary slightly in colour from one batch to another due to factors such as a change in temperature or climate.
How do I store the products?
To ensure product quality store in a cool, dark place away from heat and sunlight
Can I use the products if I am pregnant?
Our products are pregnancy safe, however it is best to consult your general practitioner prior to using any products containing essential oils.
