SHIPPING POLICY
At Skin of Youth, we want your order to arrive safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, pack and ship your products.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & RATES
We ship all orders using Australia Post Express Post, ensuring fast, reliable delivery within Australia and internationally.
Shipping costs below apply to parcels under 500g. Heavier parcels will calculate automatically at checkout.
Express Post (Under 500g)
- Australia – $15 (approx. 2–3 business days)
- New Zealand – $35 (approx. 6–12 business days)
- China – $40 (approx. 15–20 business days)
- United Kingdom – $46 (approx. 7–14 business days)
Please note: These timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary.
PROCESSING TIMES
We know you’re excited to receive your products.
Orders are normally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.
You can follow your parcel’s journey at any time using the Australia Post tracking tool.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
If you’re ordering from outside Australia, please be aware that:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- VAT/GST
- and any handling fees
are determined by your local government and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
All international customers are responsible for paying their own country’s customs and duty charges.
DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY
To ensure your order reaches you without delay, please double-check that your delivery address is correct.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help update the address.
Once it has left our hands, we’re unable to change delivery details.
If Australia Post returns your parcel to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, their return-to-sender fee and a new shipping fee will apply to resend the parcel.
LOST, DELAYED OR STOLEN PARCELS
Once your parcel is scanned by Australia Post, it is officially in their care.
If a parcel becomes delayed, lost or stolen in transit, Australia Post will need to be contacted directly to open an investigation.
We’ll always support you where we can, but we are unable to refund or replace orders that Australia Post cannot locate.
DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives noticeably damaged or looks like it has been tampered with, please do not accept it from the delivery driver.
If damage is discovered after delivery:
Photograph the parcel and the damaged items.
Email the photos to info@skinofyouth.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
We’ll assess the situation and guide you through the next steps.
RETURN TO SENDER
If a parcel is returned to us because:
- the address was incorrect,
- the parcel was unclaimed, or
- delivery could not be completed,
Australia Post will charge a return-to-sender fee. A new shipping fee will also apply to resend the parcel to you.
