Change-of-Mind Policy
Due to strict hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind once your order has been shipped.
We encourage customers to choose carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing — we’re always here to help.
Order Changes
Once an order has been completed at checkout, it cannot be modified.
If you wish to add more items, simply place a second order within 24 hours. If your first order has not yet been dispatched, we are more than happy to combine your parcels.
Damaged or Faulty Items — 14-Day Guarantee
If your product arrives damaged, we want to make it right as quickly as possible.
We offer a 14-day return window for items damaged during transit.
To lodge a damage claim, please contact us immediately at info@skinofyouth.com.au

- Your full name
- Order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
Once your return arrives back to Skin of Youth, our team will assess it within 7 business days. Upon approval, a replacement product will be sent to you.
Return Shipping
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Please use a trackable service, as Skin of Youth cannot accept liability for lost, stolen, or untracked parcels. Items lost in transit will be considered unreturned.
