TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDERS
- Orders are to be placed via our website www.skinofyouth.com.au.
- Please do not place an order that you do not wish to proceed with.
- All items are subject to availability. If your product is not available we will contact you to advise as soon as possible.
- All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch, we will not process or dispatch your order until we receive payment. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Credit/debit card holders are subject to checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of our product.
- All orders will have shipping charges added at the checkout stage.
- If you decide you need more items once you have placed your order then please place another order within 24 hours and e-mail us at info@skinofyouth.com.au to advise. We will do our best to accommodate this request and combine the postage if your order has not already been processed and dispatched.
- When you place your order, you will receive an email alert. Please check this to confirm that this is what you believe you ordered, and check your delivery address. If your order has not been dispatched, and you have recognised an error in your delivery address, please email info@skinofyouth.com.au immediately to rectify. If your order has already been dispatched we are unable to change the address and are not accountable for the incorrect delivery information supplied. If Australia Post returns it to us then an automatic return to sender fee of $10.00 is charged to us. then there would be a re-delivery fee to send it back to you.
- When you receive your automated email alert, containing your tracking number. You can check and monitor the progress of your order by visiting http://auspost.com.au. We will normally dispatch your order within 2 business days.
- Delivery timescales are a representation only and provided by Australia Post.
- For international customers, your delivery may get delayed by Customs. We are unable to provide you with any time-frame in this instance and you will need to contact your local government for specific details.
- Please do not accept parcels that are squashed or show any signs of damage. Please email us immediately if there is any damage to the shipped goods.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Our returns and refund policy complies with the national guidelines which can be found at www.accc.gov.au
- If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, or damaged, please contact us immediately together with a photo of the damaged product to info@skinofyouth.com.au.
We have a 14-day return policy if the ordered item is damaged during transit. Returns are processed within 7 days of arrival back to Skin of Youth where the item will be assessed and accepted as deemed damaged. Return postage costs will be your responsibility and you will carry any risk of theft, loss or damaged goods during the return.
- The pictures on our website represent the style/colour/packaging of the product described. We cannot guarantee the product supplied will be exactly the same as represented in the picture. We make every effort to display the product as accurately as possible however due to the nature of high quality natural oils, these oils can vary slightly in colour from one batch to another due to factors such as climate and temperature change.
QUALITY CONTROL
- We are fully committed to providing 100% satisfaction in the quality of our products.
- It is recommended that you patch test any of our products before application. Patch testing, in our experience, is best done on the wrist.
- If you experience a skin reaction with one of our products, please email info@skinofyouth.com.au as soon as possible with a photo and description of the reaction for our records. The product will need to be less than 10% used and returned back to be eligible for an exchange or refund. You are responsible for return postage costs and assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit.
- We are unable to make any claims about the medical or therapeutic benefits of our oils. Such claims should only be made by qualified medical specialists.
- Our products are not registered with the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods ( ARTG) and therefore they do not meet the definition of a "therapeutic good". Any implicit or explicit inference on our web site that any of our products is a "therapeutic good" is unintentional and we would appreciate your bringing it to our attention, so we can rectify it.
